McCain, a U.S. senator from Arizona, called Republicans in Congress and asked them not to sign the petition, Shuler said. He said after McCain's intervention, Republicans in the House were less willing to sign onto the bill. UN needs to butt out and we need to get out. Lets us not leave out the equation of the richly NON-PROFIT private funded groups who are busy funding the civil society organizations, which also includes your tax dollars to usurp our very own US laws. Different strokes for different folks and a disemboweled lawless nation we are fast becoming.

Mexico later sued the United States in the International Court of Justice in The Hague on behalf of Medellin and 50 other Mexicans on death row in the U.S.

MEXICAN TRUCK PROBLEMS ROLLING

Below are photos on how to tell if a truck is coming out of Mexico.
Look on the side of the door. They are required by law to display both a Department of Transportation number and a Mexican (MX) number. You can see in the photo the Mexican number is located below the DOT number.

The second way to spot a Mexican truck is by the license plates. As you can see in the image they display two license plates. The one on the left is a Mexican license plate. The one on the right is a US license plate.

Keep in mind there may very well be safety hazards, reports are coming in many have bald tires, check out the tires on the bottom photo. More photos are at Diggers Realm, click title. Were unable to control the border properly and after being made aware of the below memo of vehicles being pushed through, we really have our doubts.

Director Luis Garcia sent out a memorandum in August that all agents screening at the Texas-Mexico border need to start ignoring thorough checks of vehicles and their passengers in order to speed up passage into the United States. Our problems are getting worse in the way of border security. This is why we have no faith in either promises concerning the Mexico border or the Mexican trucking companies.

Government letters are to outline penalties for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants

U.S. District Judge Maxine Chesney granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting the so-called "no-match" letters from going out as planned starting Tuesday.

The AFL-CIO lawsuit, filed this week, claims that new Department of Homeland Security rules outlined in accompanying letters threaten to violate workers' rights and unfairly burden employers. Chesney said the court needs "breathing room" before making any decision on the legality of new penalties aimed at cracking down on the hiring of illegal immigrants.

The Social Security Administration has sent out "no-match" letters for more than two decades warning employers of discrepancies in the information the government has on their workers. Employers often brushed aside the letters, and the small fines that sometimes were incurred, as a cost of doing business.

But this year, those letters are to be accompanied by notices from the Department of Homeland Security outlining strict new requirements for employers to resolve those discrepancies within 90 days or face fines or criminal prosecution if they're deemed to have knowingly hired illegal immigrants.
