Mac Johnson set out to investigate the number of homicides perpetrated by illegal aliens.

In one study of a sample 55,000 illegal immigrants serving prison sentences in the U.S., it was discovered that they are responsible for over 400,000 arrests and over 700,000 felony crimes.

According to Heather McDonald of the Manhattan Institute, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.

Phoenix police Officer Nick Erfle survived two bouts of cancer to put back on his uniform and patrol the city's streets. Erfle had been an officer for eight years. He was pronounced dead at 9:30 a.m. He was a husband and a father of two boys ages 3 and 5.

On Tuesday, a jaywalker shot him in the face and killed him. Martinez shoved Erfle to the ground, pulled a gun and fired multiple times. Police said it all happened in a matter of seconds.

The illegal offender didn't have identification but gave officers a name and birth date that Erfle ran through a police computer. That search turned up a misdemeanor warrant for shoplifting out of Tucson.
Police would later find out the man hadn't given his real name. Martinez likely used an alias because he was trying to hide the fact he had felony warrants for aggravated assault and false imprisonment, stemming from a 2006 domestic-violence incident.

The gunman, an illegal immigrant who had been deported last year, fled after shooting Erfle, commandeering a stopped car at gunpoint and ordering the motorist to drive. About an hour later, a Phoenix police tactical team surrounded Erik Jovani Martinez, 22, on a west Phoenix street and shot him dead as he pointed a gun at the hostage. The hostage was not hurt.

Martinez, who had three children, was a gang member with a history of drug abuse, police say. He was convicted of theft in 2004 and served a short stint in prison in 2006. Immigration officials confirmed he had been deported in March 2006.

In any case, it would appear that other than what the INS reports when foreign nationals are deported, NOBODY IS TRACKING CRIMES COMMITTED ON US SOIL BY FOREIGN NATIONALS. Given the serious of the crimes and large participation by mostly Hispanic, illegal alien, a.k.a. foreign national, criminals it almost seems as if the various government agencies don’t want you to know. Also, I could not find any investigative reporting by the MSM on the issue. If even a small number of those 704,709 crimes were committed against members of the media or politicians maybe we would have heard something but the silence is deafening.

Big question here, why wasn't this a top running story? The question has to be asked. "How many other illegal aliens have assumed another's identity and infiltrated our Police departments nationally?" We have said it before. Serious problems with lax Police Departments and their faulty back ground checks. No problem here. Only Five years of an illegal masquerading as a cop. Placed on a paid leave.? Or how about his convictions being over turned? Approved and trained to carry a weapon? He told lie after lie. This concerns every Police Officer, working and suspended, every Police agency and every city. Or maybe you think, it couldn't happen to your agency or here?

Where is the follow up from June? Cornejo was let out on bond? The Latino Officer's association even held a fund raiser, what's wrong with this? Everything! You held a fund raiser for a known criminal who not only stole his deceased cousins identity, but was sworn under oath to up hold the law, while brazenly violating and breaking the law. We get it, he was a good Latino guy in your eyes. Wrong and wrong again! To make matters worse his brother was also a cop, who knew the truth and kept his mouth shut! Who else knew?

The media makes a point to show up our official officer's for their wrong doing by continual parading but literally ignored this hot story of importance! Cornejo was not an officer that just got jammed up in the system for doing his job. He was an illegal alien who infiltrated the Milwaukee Police department with stolen identity, and yet you treated him like a cop just because he played a cop. Were in serious trouble here on stops, arrests, back ground checks and access to confidential information. Illegal Alien infiltrates Police. No wonder the liberal mainstream media kept a wide lid on this story!

Oscar Ayala-Cornejo, 24. He is an illegal immigrant from Mexico who had assumed Morales's identity as a high school student in 1999.

Milwaukee police officer Oscar Ayala-Cornejo, 24, had gone by the name Victor Morales since 1999. Under a plea bargain, he will serve time in jail, then leave the country. (Milwaukee Police Department)

In court papers filed June 15, Ayala-Cornejo agreed to plead guilty to a federal felony charge of falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen.

The police department suspended Ayala-Cornejo from his job after he was arrested on May 30 and has now taken him off the payroll. Brother Alexander Ayala, 26, a U.S. citizen who is an officer in the same South Milwaukee district, has been placed on administrative duty. Police are reportedly investigating who else may have known about Ayala-Cornejo's identity.

John Balcerzak, president of the Milwaukee Police Association labor union, said the incident shows that the department should beef up its background-check process.

"This is a wake-up call to our department and departments around the country," he said. "When I was hired 20 years ago, they went to old neighbors and high school teachers. People are really concerned he was able to do this, and they feel let down by him."

Department spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz declined to comment.

Ayala-Cornejo had documentation of his assumed identity, including a driver's license. He attended one high school using his given name, then switched to another school where he enrolled as Morales and graduated in 2001. That yearbook shows his picture with Morales's name. Ayala-Cornejo could not be reached to comment.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA - A mother who said she mistakenly swabbed her baby's nose with a methamphetamine-laced Q-tip told police that her parolee boyfriend refused to allow her to take the child to the hospital for fear that he would be sent back to prison, according to police reports made public this week.
Elizabeth Reta told detectives that instead of seeking proper medical help for her 8-month-old son, Samuel, her boyfriend, Juan "Johnny" Sanchez, tried for three days to get the child "off the high" by tying him to a bed, shaking him, slapping him and splashing him with cold water.

On the heels of a federal agency’s revelation that Islamic extremists and Mexican drug cartels have joined forces to smuggle weapons and terrorists into the country, Texas’ top Homeland Security official confirmed that terrorists have indeed been arrested crossing the Mexican border.

The Lone Star State’s director of Homeland Security, Steve McCraw, shed a scary light on the severity of the situation at the southern border by officially disclosing that terrorists with ties to Hezbollah, Hamas and al-Qaida have been arrested crossing into the state through Mexico in recent years.

U.S. officials and illegal immigrant advocates have vehemently denied a terrorist threat from the southern border, insisting that those who cross are merely desperate, humble and hard-working people seeking the American dream and willing to do jobs most U.S. citizens won’t even consider.

Here is one of those individuals.
Leticia Zamarripa, a spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in El Paso, said Wednesday she was unaware of any border arrests of people with terrorist ties. An ICE spokeswoman in San Antonio did not return phone messages left by The Associated Press. U.S. Border Patrol spokesman Lloyd M. Easterling was unable to comment.

Border Protection officer (Ronald Merker) worked at the passport control section in Miami International Airport and federal authorities say he accepted $1,000 a pop from foreigners, many of them South American, in exchange for allowing them into the U.S.

An immigration officer since 1983, Merker took bribes from at least four Brazilians and possibly dozens more over a two-year period. The illegal aliens would go through the line designated only for United States citizens at the airport’s busy Concourse E.

Three other men were also charged in the same ring for bringing the illegal aliens who bribed the officer into the country. The ringleader (Clodoaldo Ribeiro) was also charged with illegally reentering the country after being deported, fraudulently obtaining a U.S. passport and falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen.

The goal is to ensure that future generations remember not just the horror of the attacks, but also the extraordinary outpouring of humanity during the days, weeks, and months that followed in charitable acts.

Our deed shall be to continue in our efforts in securing our borders. It's the right thing to do, its the charitable thing to do. There is no better way to remember all our hero's, who lost theirs lives both on 911 and in the life saving efforts of our first responders and others. We honor our military personnel, who are making the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of all of us here in our home, the United States of America. Let not, all our true hero's who have made the ultimate sacrifice of life, not be in vain. "God Bless America," the home of the brave and the home of the free!


The total number of victims killed six years ago — 2,974 — includes 2,750 at the World Trade Center site. Forty were killed in Pennsylvania and 184 died at the Pentagon.

The firefighters and first responders who helped rescue New Yorkers on Sept. 11 — and later, recovered the dead — were to read victims' names for the first time Tuesday at the sixth anniversary ceremony.

Many of the first responders have become sick, or died themselves, of respiratory problems and cancers they blame on exposure to World Trade Center dust.

For the first time this year, a victim who did not die at the trade center will be recognized. The city added the name of an attorney who died of lung disease five months later to its official victims' list this year.

Al-Qaida traditionally issues a video every year on the anniversary, with the last testament of one of the 19 hijackers involved in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. This year's video showed hijacker Waleed al-Shehri addressing the camera and warning the U.S.: "We shall come at you from your front and back, your right and left."

The new message came days after the world got its first current look at bin Laden in nearly three years, with the release of a video Saturday in which the terror leader addressed the American people.

The latest videotape, of the hijacker's testament, had not yet been posted on extremist web sites. But IntelCenter, a monitoring group in suburban Washington, said it had obtained the 47-minute video and provided it to Associated Press Television News.

It begins with an audiotape introduction by bin Laden. While his voice is heard, the video shows a still image of him, raising his finger. In the image, bin Laden has the same dyed-black beard and the same clothes — a white robe and cap and beige cloak — that he had in Saturday's video.

But it was not known if the audiotape was recently made

Look on the side of the door. They are required by law to display both a Department of Transportation number and a Mexican (MX) number. You can see in the photo the Mexican number is located below the DOT number.

The second way to spot a Mexican truck is by the license plates. As you can see in the image they display two license plates. The one on the left is a Mexican license plate. The one on the right is a US license plate.

Were unable to control the border properly and after being made aware of the below memo of vehicles being pushed through, we really have our doubts.

Director Luis Garcia sent out a memorandum in August that all agents screening at the Texas-Mexico border need to start ignoring thorough checks of vehicles and their passengers in order to speed up passage into the United States. Our problems are getting worse in the way of border security. This is why we have no faith in either promises concerning the Mexico border or the Mexican trucking companies.

CHICAGO VIOLENCE SPIKE PER MEDIA-CEASEFIRE MISSING CASH-NO JOBS

A ceasefire is a temporary stoppage of a war or any armed conflict, where each side of the conflict agrees with the other to suspend aggressive actions.

An oddity, the organization who refers to itself as CeaseFire, actually translates into a temporary suspension of aggressive action. The media attempts to show a Friday thru Monday upsurge in violence, by both combining the city and suburbs then highlighting a promotion of various types of crime which occurred. These four roughly estimated days of an alleged spike in violence, entailed the usual gang related shootings, along with stabbings, which may or may not have been gang related, and per media reporting. One homicide of a drowned 62 year old man.

CeaseFire is now asking or maybe its actually flexing its political muscle in Chicago, for the Mayor to take action and assist them in getting their cut funding back. This is all due to the state of Illinois cutting their funding, after the State of Illinois audit showed a large portion of missing cash. Which in our opinion is not so surprising.

Auditing done on ceasefire's record keeping, turned out sloppy at best. The audit examined CeaseFire's finances from 2004 to 2006 and found that the group was slow to start up promised programs and didn't adequately account for about $371,000 it paid to community partners. Ceasefire had this to say. "There's nothing illegal. There's no misspending. There's no trips to the Bahamas, no $50,000 toilet," said Gary Slutkin, founder and executive director of the organization at UIC. He further related they had receipts but uses the above excuse of. "There were no trips taken or a toilet bought nor was their misspending." Well then, if none of this occurred where is the missing cash you claim you have receipts for?

Exactly, what does this translate into? Ceasefire is sloppy at best with their record keeping and apparently also have an accountability problem, in handling hard earned taxpayer's funded monies. Were of the opinion, no one should have to pay to negotiate street gangs in reduction of their violence by paying out, that's called extortion. Of course we will always get the rhetoric of the poor communities, and their inabilities of providing jobs, activities, etc. Which are supposedly, causing a good portion of the spiral of gangs growth in their long standing recruiting tactics. While true Prison incarcerated inmate control for turf is part of the overall problem. The strong hold from within prisons perpetuates, the violence for control of turf. Which then feeds on the affected communities. Causing these numerous communities nationwide, to be held hostage to gang violence. Were led into believing, these problems are combined. With the majority of the problem, emulating from the so called social ills of societies, and our lack of attention to these programs. Lack of jobs and training is whats said to be actually feeding into these ills, of gang violence.

Ceasefire is a political band aid, put in place in an attempt to quell public out cry, that were actually dealing with the severe violence and crime problem. A problem that is not only national but a problem that has also continued to grow. In spite of the enormous Federal dollars, which have been thrown towards these programs like CeaseFire, in their so called combating of gang crime violence. There's still huge profits in the sub culture of drugs and that's exactly what gangs are about. Pushing drugs for profit and controlling the turf by providing street selling and look out jobs. Should profit coming from taxpayer's also be in the combating of these gangs holding communities nationally hostage, we think not.

As far back as 1986 under Harold Washington as Mayor, there was another program known as Chicago Intervention Network (CIN), also a program designed to combat gangs. Where over $4 million was appropriated to also battle gangs. This occurred after two events, the media highlighting of the story about the death of Ben Wilson, a 17-year-old high school basketball star who was being recruited by major colleges across the country. He was shot to death in a sidewalk confrontation with a gang member on the city’s South Side on November 20, 1984 and the highlighting of the 669th killing of that same year. At that time a campaign to fight gang crime was also mobilized. Some of the names involved back then were, Dr. Irving Spergel professor at the School of Social Service, University of Chicago (UIC), Commander Edward Pleines, Chicago Police Department, Father Lawrence Craig, director of Kolbe House and the Archdiocesan Gang Education Teams, and Jaime Rivera, an administrator of the Youth Guidance Program at Roberto Clemente High School. Looks like the same players as CeaseFire, only names have changed.

If jobs were actually important, we wouldn't be allowing under cutting by corporations, in their pursuit of hiring illegals for lower wages and corporate profit. We also would not be involved in allowing corporations to hire immigration attorney's in their endeavor of denying jobs to citizens, by placing scam ads of employment opportunities and the need for a high educational degree to obtain the job, along with the said need for prior work experience in a particular field. Requirements not even required of the corporations for these actual jobs. Since were now fully aware, the corporations are actually providing the short on job training to outsiders with little education and work experience. Whether their hiring here, or in their under cutting of exporting millions of our jobs out. So we can take the no job equation out, and the job equation is the biggest component because it relates to a feasible and attainable income in order to survive. So we agree on a major issue. Jobs are vital.

Here's an option. How about putting our money where it really counts. In maintaining our jobs, as a real starter. Or we could actually penalize employers and denounce, the Department of Labor in assisting Corporations and their high priced Immigration attorney's. In their alarming profits in selling off of our jobs, along with their illegal conduct of hiring illegals to work for lower wages. Better yet, here's an arcane idea. How about giving our communities the same ability for all, to obtain the six month on job training, with little education needed opportunity in securing those jobs your taking away from us. While were at it, we could actually demand, that our government provide the added security and secure our borders, where all those drugs are profitably flowing through and creating the gang wars and the upsurge in violence, that just happens to be effecting everyone nationally.

No, our Municipal, State and Federal government, Church and their Community partners, would rather support and promote, extortion of a politically profitable, social thought band aid. That's never going to cure the social ills, of lost opportunities. See how we saved the taxpayer, no extortion here and our intervention didn't even cost a dime. Of course our intervention reduces Politicians from Corporate fan fare donations and money going into all those immigration attorney's pockets. CeaseFire is a political diversion and not the solution they claim.

Chavez of Venezuela was accused of aiding in the support of Mexico's current President in his election bid. The Chavez intervention has also revived allegations of illegal campaign contributions, both financial and from the presence of Bolivarian brigades in Mexico. And this has partially at least exposed a flank in the Lopez Obrador campaign, one that opponents hope to seize upon. Apparently they were unable to as Lopez Obrador became Mexico's President.
