MCCAIN BLOCKS BORDER SECURITY EMPLOYER VERFICATION SAVE ACT

McCain now and McCain recent interview.

The bill increases border security and requires employers to verify the residency status of new employees. This was a needed bill, interesting that McCain would deny that he just pulled a fast ugly one on American Citizens while trying to convince them at the same time, what a great President he would make.

The petition had 181 of the 217 signatures needed to force a vote on the bill.

"It was going great until McCain blocked it," Shuler said.

McCain, a U.S. senator from Arizona, called Republicans in Congress and asked them not to sign the petition, Shuler said. He said after McCain's intervention, Republicans in the House were less willing to sign onto the bill. What a bunch of weak pathetic representatives, going once, going twice, USA SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!

MEXICO MILITARY TROOPS INCURSIONS INSIDE US BORDER

War:
A period of hostile relations between countries, states, or factions that leads to fighting between armed forces especially in land, air, or sea. That's not our definition either. What do you call the actions of Mexico's Military inside our borders and attacking our troops? Yeah, lets just wrap it up and make it peachy keen, and call it the war on drugs. This type of continual hostile actions by Mexico, goes beyond the cleverly fixed title, of war on drugs. Mexico is filled with corruption. They can't control their own Military, and they sure can't control their smugglers. We can't control our own borders or laws either, Mexico says so.

Mexican soldiers and civilian smugglers had an armed standoff with nearly 30 U.S. law enforcement officials on the Rio Grande in Texas Monday afternoon, according to Texas police and the FBI.

Mexican Army troops had several mounted machine guns on the ground more than 200 yards inside the U.S. border — near Neely’s Crossing, about 50 miles east of El Paso — when Border Patrol agents called for backup. Hudspeth County deputies and Texas Highway patrol officers arrived shortly afterward, Doyal said.

“It’s been so bred into everyone not to start an international incident with Mexico that it’s been going on for years,” Doyal said. “When you’re up against mounted machine guns, what can you do? Who wants to pull the trigger first? Certainly not us.” *snip*

Doyal said deputies captured one vehicle in the incident, a Cadillac Escalade reportedly stolen from El Paso, and found 1,477 pounds of marijuana inside. The Mexican soldiers set fire to one of the Humvees stuck in the river, he said.

Doyal’s deputies faced a similar incident on Nov. 17,

MURDER AND MEXICO MIGRANT HAVE IN COMMON THE LETTER M

The president wants to enforce a decision by the International Court of Justice. The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the UN system's highest judicial body that found the convictions of Medellin and 50 other Mexican-born prisoners violated their rights to legal help as outlined in the 1963 Vienna Convention. Texas says get out of our business!

The globalists are constantly trying to get the United States locked into some kind of international legal system. Mexico says that if the United States doesn't abide by the ruling of this 15-judge tribunal, Mexico will refer us to the United Nations Security Council for "appropriate action. That's exactly what what they did." Maybe the Security Council will assign this case to the UN Human Rights Committee, whose members include Cuba, China, Zimbabwe and Libya. Phyllis Schlafly. What the Bush Administration ought to review is how these aliens got into our country in the first place
Here are some more enlightening tidbits of information, which you may have missed and should be fully aware of.

UN Mexico Migrant committee working hard on and continually tuning up the heat on this ugly deal. Who helped on these ugly and very dangerous provisions and what does it say? Its simple and short.

All provisions which provided criminal punishment for illegal migrants should be abolished. That's it, and yes your reading correctly. If you are a Mexican National in the United States illegally, your to be considered a migrant worker, end of story! Mexico demands their illegal migrants jailed here for even murder on our soil and then sentenced to death to be abolished. Whats interesting is our own President, is once again representing Mexico first and foremost.

Bush using the Geneva Convention to protect an illegal rapist and murderer of two young girls on US soil from the death penalty. Huh?
Commit a horrific criminal act on our soil, then hide behind the status title of migrant worker. A classic, all for one and one for all and save your worthless criminal hide, straight through the Mexican Consulate office no connect sob story and President Bush. The Mexican Consulate just happens to be the largest Consulate service in the entire United States. The Paisano program was created to assist Mexican nationals returning to Mexico for temporary visits, Hmmmmm. Now were at UN level and Geneva Convention level over a piece of murdering garbage. Bush should be busy pardoning our jailed Border Patrol Officer's instead of supporting an illegal Mexican rapist and murderer of two young girls.

Mexico held national consultations with legislators, academics, civil society organizations and local authorities, to serve as a basis for Mexico's national policy on both emigration from Mexico, as well as immigration. They keep expanding their demands on our soil and our President and Legislators keep helping them. There are laws for US citizens, then there are laws for Mexican Nationals in the US. Not that this appears as a new factor but this one beats the cake. Mexico with our very own President and Legislators HELP. Who just happen to be paid through our tax dollars are protecting Mexico's Nationals, to the extreme. By allowing Mexico to write and ordain our rules of law. UN needs to butt out and we need to get out. Lets us not leave out the equation of the richly NON-PROFIT private funded groups who are busy funding the civil society organizations, which also includes your tax dollars to usurp our very own US laws. Different strokes for different folks and a disemboweled lawless nation we are fast becoming.

The US removed 140,000 foreigners in FY03, including 76,000 criminal aliens. Many more, some 400,000, including 80,000 convicted of US crimes, have been ordered removed from the US, but are still in the country. Their number is estimated to grow by 40,000 a year.

Medellin was born in Mexico but spent much of his childhood in the United States. He was 18 in June 1993, when he and other members of the Black and Whites gang in Houston encountered two teenage girls on a railroad trestle.

The girls were gang-raped and strangled. Their bodies were found four days later.

MEDELLIN was told he had a right to remain silent and have a lawyer present, but the police did not tell him that he could request assistance from the Mexican consulate. See how our laws are being trumped and twisted even deeper to serve the needs of Mexico.

Medellin gave a written confession. He was convicted of murder in the course of a sexual assault, a capital offense in Texas. A judge sentenced him to death in October 1994.

Medellin did not raise the lack of assistance from Mexican diplomats during his trial or sentencing. When he did claim his rights had been violated, Texas and federal courts turned him down because he had not objected at his trial. Mexico later sued the United States in the International Court of Justice in The Hague on behalf of Medellin and 50 other Mexicans on death row in the U.S.

SEPTEMBER 07 2001: George W. Bush. As he left Capitol Hill, 24 key lawmakers asked to be photographed with Fox. In the wake of the meetings, Bush assessed ties to Mexico as "the most important relationship the United States has with any country in the world." There you have it, Mexico's importance to Bush number 1, after September the 11th, apparently still Numero Ono.

MEXICO FREE FLOWING 51 PAGE DRUG REPORT

HAT TIP CORRUPTION CHRONICLES

Mexican Drugs Flow Freely Into U.S. - YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK FOR MEXICO

This seems to defeat the purpose of the costly Mexican counter narcotics program, which aims to disrupt the market for illegal drugs by making it more difficult for traffickers to produce and transport them into the United States.

United States has given Mexico nearly $400 million to assist with its counter narcotics efforts hundreds of tons of illicit drugs still flow into this country annually from south of the border and smugglers rarely have their lucrative cargo's seized. The drug flow into our country is never ending and we prop up Mexico's government. All those drug busts are nothing but a drip of what's actually flowing in but it does make for good media hoopla news though. Your eye is not on the bouncing ball. What's the $400 million for again, hmmmmmm.

The generous U.S. funding has essentially been wasted on a government well known for its rampant corruption and for promoting rather than curbing the production and trafficking of drugs. As a result Mexican-made drugs have spread to almost every region of this nation.

Check out these figures if your in disbelief.

Since 2000 the estimated amount of cocaine arriving into the United States from Mexico averaged about 275 tons per year yet only 36 tons were seized a year. During the same period, about 19 tons of heroin were annually produced in Mexico yet only one ton was seized a year and 9,400 tons of marijuana were produced per year with only 2,900 tons seized. You interested yet?

The astounding figures were recently made public by the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the investigative arm of Congress. A 51-page report breaks down the various illicit drugs by category and maps out how easily cargo's make it into the United States.

CONGRESS DEBATE BEGINS ON NORTH AMERICAN UNION

Here are the highlights:

A House resolution urging President Bush "not to go forward with the North American Union or the NAFTA Superhighway system" is – according to its sponsor Rep. Virgil Goode, R-Va., in an exclusive WND interview – "also a message to both the executive branch and the legislative branch."

"I am vigorously opposed to the Mexican trucks coming into the country,"

The Virginia congressman said he believes the motivation behind the movement toward North American integration is the anticipated profits the large multinational corporations in each of the three countries expect to make from global trade, especially moving production to China.

"Some really large businesses that get a lot from China would like a NAFTA Superhighway system because it would reduce costs for them to transport containers from China and, as a result, increase their margins," he argued.

"President Bush's position is that we need to carry out NAFTA and we need to have this free flow of goods with Mexico and Canada," Goode explained. "Well, Bush's approach involves a derogation of our sovereignty and it also undermines the security and the safety of the country.

MILWAUKEE COP WAS ILLEGAL ALIEN- WHO ASSUMED DEAD MANS I.D.

By Kari Lydersen
Washington Post Staff Writer
Monday, June 18, 2007;

Were the first Chicago (Police blog) to run this story.
We have a blog bet going on this police story.

Big question here, why wasn't this a top running story? The question has to be asked. "How many other illegal aliens have assumed another's identity and infiltrated our Police departments nationally?" We have said it before. Serious problems with lax Police Departments and their faulty back ground checks. No problem here. Only Five years of an illegal masquerading as a cop. Placed on a paid leave.? Or how about his convictions being over turned? Approved and trained to carry a weapon? He told lie after lie. This concerns every Police Officer, working and suspended, every Police agency and every city. Or maybe you think, it couldn't happen to your agency or here?

Where is the follow up from June? Cornejo was let out on bond? The Latino Officer's association even held a fund raiser, what's wrong with this? Everything! You held a fund raiser for a known criminal who not only stole his deceased cousins identity, but was sworn under oath to up hold the law, while brazenly violating and breaking the law. We get it, he was a good Latino guy in your eyes. Wrong and wrong again! To make matters worse his brother was also a cop, who knew the truth and kept his mouth shut! Who else knew?

The media makes a point to show up our official officer's for their wrong doing by continual parading but literally ignored this hot story of importance! Cornejo was not an officer that just got jammed up in the system for doing his job. He was an illegal alien who infiltrated the Milwaukee Police department with stolen identity, and yet you treated him like a cop just because he played a cop. Were in serious trouble here on stops, arrests, back ground checks and access to confidential information. Illegal Alien infiltrates Police. No wonder the liberal mainstream media kept a wide lid on this story!

Oscar Ayala-Cornejo, 24. He is an illegal immigrant from Mexico
who had assumed Morales's identity as a high school student in 1999.

Milwaukee police officer Oscar Ayala-Cornejo, 24, had gone by the name Victor Morales since 1999. Under a plea bargain, he will serve time in jail, then leave the country. (Milwaukee Police Department)

In court papers filed June 15, Ayala-Cornejo agreed to plead guilty to a federal felony charge of falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen.

The police department suspended Ayala-Cornejo from his job after he was arrested on May 30 and has now taken him off the payroll. Brother Alexander Ayala, 26, a U.S. citizen who is an officer in the same South Milwaukee district, has been placed on administrative duty. Police are reportedly investigating who else may have known about Ayala-Cornejo's identity.

John Balcerzak, president of the Milwaukee Police Association labor union, said the incident shows that the department should beef up its background-check process.

"This is a wake-up call to our department and departments around the country,"
he said. "When I was hired 20 years ago, they went to old neighbors and high school teachers. People are really concerned he was able to do this, and they feel let down by him."

Department spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz declined to comment.

Ayala-Cornejo had documentation of his assumed identity, including a driver's license. He attended one high school using his given name, then switched to another school where he enrolled as Morales and graduated in 2001. That yearbook shows his picture with Morales's name. Ayala-Cornejo could not be reached to comment.

WHISTLEBLOWER DOCTOR ROGERS-FIRED-ILLEGALS DEVOUR MEDICAL BENEFITS

Why even bother to listen to politicians and their corn about affordable health care and the poor. Numerous Politicians have caused this Medical crisis with their continual pandering. Unforgivable.

This Dr. believed in what he was doing saving lives and working for you and he was fired for it. Why? For standing up and alerting the public, about Mexicans who are crossing the border and entering our emergency rooms, demanding and getting free non-emergency medical care, then returning back to Mexico or blending in with the GENERAL population. Free non-emergency medical care to Non-Citizens, on our hefty tax dollars, in violation of our State and Federal laws.

We have not heard the last of Dr. Rogers whose training as a young doctor came out of the dying fields of Vietnam, while saving the lives of our men and women. Were just waiting on all the other Americans who keep saying. "They have had enough." History written before your very eyes, drained of life saving resources while your occupied.

SEPTEMBER 1ST SATURDAY MEXICAN TRUCKS ROLL - TEAMSTERS TRY STAND

THANK YOU GOES OUT TO BOTH ILLEGAL PROTEST AND TO DIGGER'S FOR THE HAT-TIP.

Elitist's ruling party coup d'état.
Mexican trucks will start rolling on Saturday September 1st out of Mexico and onto our highways. You need to understand a few things about the Mexican drivers and their trucks. There is no CDL equivalent to ours, drivers appear as young as 16, drive long distances at low wages and ride in top heavy over weighted outdated trucks. More heartache for this country and its security. President Bush is completely deaf, from the ringing in his ears NAFTA's CAFTA. profit, profit, greed.
How many are unable to speak or read English street signs for direction. No problem they will receive only a warning citation.

WASHINGTON - The Teamsters Union said Wednesday it will ask a federal appeals court to block the Bush administration’s plan to allow Mexican trucks to carry cargo anywhere in the United States.

The union said it has been told by officials in the Transportation Department’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration that the first Mexican trucks will be coming across the border on Saturday.
Teamsters leaders said they planned to seek an emergency injunction Wednesday from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. Good luck as it looks like democracy is fading fast.

Lawmakers said their major concern is whether Mexican trucks, often older than U.S. cargo vehicles, and Mexican drivers will be able to meet rigorous U.S. safety standards.

“We do not need 90,000-pound unguided missiles on our highways,” said Rep. Robin Hayes, R-North Carolina.

Totalization Agreement with Mexico – U.S.-Mexican agreement, signed June 29, 2004

Social Security Administration (SSA) under the Freedom of Information Act. The cover letter from the SSA states that the agreement has not been “finalized.”

We suggest you read what Judicial Watch has obtained under FOIA very alarming. How often have you heard, your SS benefits may not be available for you when you retire or SS is broke? We have been duped by our own Governments love affair with Mexico's ill gotten gains. This may not have been finalized but how much has Mexico already profited from this fraud with the assist of our numerous sell out government officials? Were pawns for illegals profits and Mexico's benefit, and who is to blame and be held accountable? Their sitting in OUR Congress and Senate.

DRUG WAR CHICAGO STYLE FEDERAL DOLLARS FIX

That's the essential problem with using the criminal justice system to wage a war on drugs, said Camille Kozlowski, a chief of the Cook County public defender's office in Skokie.

"African-Americans and minorities have always been overwhelmingly overrepresented in the criminal justice system," she said. "So it stands to reason when you're going to fight this war on drugs, it's going to be the same thing.

"But if what you're really trying to do is stop people from using drugs, then wouldn't it be logical to go after everyone equally?" WHAT, DID SHE JUST SAY?

What is her spin point above, really about? Smoke and mirror's maybe?
From what we read in the Tribune article, Judge Evans and the other's are making another move, towards obtaining more Federal money for social programs as a fix. Statements of "Instead of locking offender's up we should treat them for their addiction". So, we will pose a question. "How Do You treat all the gang member's and other's involved in the distribution portion, who are not the addicts?" You start by bumping their turf and cutting into their sales, or attempt to cut down the illegal distribution and crime, you arrest them for breaking the laws. All the area's mentioned in the article are admittedly densely populated and African American per the article. Aside from the safe zones mentioned, this is Chicago in Cook County and its a large metro area of crime opportunity. Which makes these area's, easy to navigate by foot, mass transit or car, and street vendor friendly.

The communities, in the article demonstrate the high police call rate for those area's. A big demand for police service, which just happens to be, draining numerous other Chicago communities of their police protection driving up their crime. The article also touches on our prior noted lack of manpower issue, mentioned on this blog.

Sounds like were moving into, a desire to have a big catch and release program. Where the criminals conduct, will be similar to the border catch and release program. All the drugs coming in from across the Mexican border, just happen to be feeding into these drug waves across the country, but lets just throw more Tax payer Federal money at the problem, blink twice give a hug and it will fix itself. Chicago and Cook County, continues to demonstrate itself as one big enabler of coddling co-dependent wrong-doing, but not really addressing what the real problems are. You can't babysit an addict, who may also have other criminal charges on their records, once their off and on their own and right back into the community, filled with these still existing problems. Repeat offenders and other's, have to want this help and if were not talking about the addicts, we must be talking about the sellers and distributor's, which is it?

This article isn't really about race, as much as its about, using the race card, as yet just another means to get at Federal money, for another Social program. In our opinion. It is a Federal Fund Raid, ploy. Read today's article in the Tribune and determine for yourself, since the media was apparently not reporting on other crimes across the city and state being that, today was a "Chicago highlight day, FOR GUN TURN IN NUMBERS."

Ald. Walter Burnett's West Side 27th Ward was the site of the first open-air drug market shut down by police this year. Burnett said he is constantly fielding calls from residents who want police to shut down drug operations in the area.
Not only do residents feel they are imprisoned in their homes by the gang violence, he said, but they are also frustrated by the constant property crimes and street hustling committed by the drug users traveling into the neighborhood to buy dope.

"They steal everything," Burnett said. "They steal water hoses, they steal garbage cans, they steal gutters off of buildings. They break into houses, they break into cars. If you have children or a wife, you don't want them outside because these [drug users] are going to be walking all around looking like zombies."

Shutting down these outdoor markets is a centerpiece to the police's strategy of attacking guns, gangs and drugs in Chicago. Last year, Chicago police shut down 56 open-air drug markets, amounting to nearly 600 arrests.

A sampling of predominantly African-American neighborhoods in Chicago revealed that 97 percent of East Garfield Park, 99 percent of West Garfield Park, 98 percent of Woodlawn, 96 percent of Englewood and 82 percent of Austin fall within "safe zones

MEXICO EPR SET OFF BOMBS FOR DEMANDS

If we were you we would stay the hell out of Mexico!

MEXICO CITY, July 16 (Reuters) - President Felipe Calderon urged lawmakers on Monday to beef up Mexico's police intelligence, warning that security forces have no way of predicting further rebel bomb attacks on fuel pipelines

Mexico, the world's No. 9 exporter of crude oil by volume and a key supplier to the United States, has a network of pipelines that stretches for more than 14,000 km (8,700 miles), much of that in remote areas.

The EPR set off a series of bombs at pipelines in central Mexico carrying natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, crude oil and gasoline. It said it would continue its actions until the release of two fellow activists it believes were jailed or abducted in May.

The blasts hit state oil company Pemex's domestic supplies, and forced some manufacturers to temporarily shut down operations, but crude oil exports were not affected.

The Marxist-inspired EPR emerged in 1996 and was active in the poor southern states of Guerrero, Michoacan, Oaxaca and Chiapas, but has always kept a low profile and mainly conducted its campaign via the Internet in recent years.

While guerrilla groups in Colombia have regularly attacked energy facilities, the tactic hasn't been used much in Mexico until now.
