MAYOR DALEY TELLS ALDERMEN TAKE CARE OF COMMUNITY VIOLENCE LAY OFF POLICE?

We have our bouts and retorts with Mayor Daley and when credit is due, we will also extend it. Mayor Daley you stepped up and recently supported the image of Chicago Police Officers and the unfairness of a few Aldermen towards our officers, thank you.

Since we don't want you thinking, we've fallen fast asleep Mayor Daley. While your on that roll in your efforts to defend and support us. How about taking on Al Sharpton who is also being supported by the Democrats, particularly Obama and Clinton? On that note, will you also rethink your Safe Sanctuary policies and free up our reins. Your stubborn stance, is actually harming the city and its citizens.

We will not forget the death or injury, to any fellow officer at the hands of either, criminal citizens or unknown illegal alien criminals. This issue is a serious bone of contention within the police community and it will not go silently away. Safe Sanctuary policies only perpetuate civil unrest and more crime, ultimately the citizens end up paying the price.

He is also very blinded by his hate for the police.

Churches that allow this type of conduct, need to have their non-profit status pulled. No if and or buts about it. This has crossed the line. Giving a so called sermon, preaching about marching on City Hall and holding an all-night vigil outside the mayor's home. While using igniting insulting words for and about the police. Such as the Gestapo troopers, while further reducing them down to individuals, who feel their above the citizens, is not a church. Its a meeting hall of civil unrest and anarchy. Where no one in the city should feel safe, and its Sharptons trade mark. Without it he has no income or cause.

COPS FUNDING LOSS OR SAFE SANCTUARY CITY

Senator David Vitter (R-La.) offered a critical amendment to the Commerce, Justice and Science Appropriations Bill (H.R. 3093). This amendment will cut off Federal Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) funding to states and municipalities that have sanctuary policies in violation of federal law. COPS is a program started by the Clinton Administration that grants federal dollars to local governments to assist them in hiring more police officers.

"Top cop can be an insider" Daley says. We don't recall Mayor Daley, ever saying an insider was incapable of being the next Top Cop for Chicago. Daley had three choices already put before him as this story in the Suntimes demonstrated on September 22, 2007 and Dana Starks was not in the final mix.

As the Chicago Sun-Times reported last month, the board has hired the Police Executive Research Forum to conduct the search triggered by Mayor Daley's decision to reject all three finalists recommended by the Police Board -- insiders Charles Williams and Hiram Grau and New Yorker Thomas Belfiore -- and ordering the board to start over.

"PERF will use its considerable contacts and expertise in assisting the board as it searches for additional highly qualified candidates throughout the nation, which is the mandate we received from the mayor," Police Board President Demetrius Carney said in a press release.

A few things on this current article in regard to Mayor Daley and sitting interim Superintendent Dana Starks. Daley is looking for a diffuser a buffer between the loudest Reverends and citizens coalitions currently active. These groups have always challenged Police, even when the Police make the right decisions and their always led by African American political Reverends, who use their pulpits for voter gathering and their Democrats.

In Chicago if you don't make a lot of noise and rumble up marches along with media scenes, your simply non-effective. Call it the Chicago way, its been going on for years. While some of these Reverends may believe their representing the underclass or the impoverished and its always their drumbeat. Another way to look at this unusual Church and Political connection in Chicago. Would be to view it as a fuel for the Democratic Machinations that have driven Chicago Politics, and its a good portion of the glue in Chicago Democratic style of politics. These churches bring in voters and they keep the Reverends in power, with a strong ear from City Hall. Daley does not want to see what his father saw during the 1968 Democratic Convention, where riots broke out across the city. This is the power these various coalitions have over Chicago. Votes from the pulpit and potential Civil Unrest denouncing the Police and costing Daley his perceived progressive democratic reputation.

Some may disagree that Dana Starks is capable of being a Superintendent and others will stand on his inability to be truly effective, due to the control the Mayor has on CPD. Dana Starks has been known to be effective in his crime fighting style going back to his Commander days. Some even say he was innovative in his style. Dana is also said to be balanced in his relationships within all races in the rank and file. None of this is an absolute, and Starks would still need to work progressively towards cleaning up the problems within CPD. He would have to work from within, all the way from the ranks of Management, lower ranks and Internal Affairs. He would also have to hold his Supervisors accountable, sending a clear message, that his Officer's complaints must be respected by their Managers. IAD would need to cease in their given practice, of almost always making cops the accountable culprit, when it comes to saving Managers and clouts backside who either simply don't want to do their job or find it easy to dial 312-fav-orit. When CPD cleans up the inside of its favoritism for all the wrong reasons, we will see some change in the actions on the outside in the public view. With Daley running the department and clout running rampant, we don't see it happening anytime soon. There are two sets of rules, one for the clouted and one for the non-clouted.

Does Stark have prior connections to the same Reverends? The same Reverends who have such a strong hold over the Mayor leaves one to question, can Dana actually be effective for any real change? Some say he is connected and his connections have helped him for a long while. Clout will continue to rule either way and that is a big portion of the problem. Eradicating a working unit does not solve the major problems CPD has festering inside. Its a temporary fix, and won't be effective in the long run. CPD's history has proven it. Very few step forward with the truth, all due to the price to be paid, which can last a full career of punishment from all sides. Just ask those good cops tagged Beefer, who have tried.

You have to love our Mayor! We have a budget crisis and now he wants the taxpayer to pay salaries of the non-English speakers, just so they can have jobs? That is, jobs taken from American citizens. Or is it an issue, AS AN American citizen but never bothering to even learn the English language? How are they to serve in their jobs, without the ability to communicate in English, with all the English speaking people whom they may end up serving, communicating or coming into contact with?

$2 million remains unspent. And the concept of head tax relief has been jettisoned entirely -- in favor of a redesigned initiative with a better chance of success.

The program still is aimed at helping businesses and the unemployed but now involves paying half an employee's wages for the first 12 weeks on the job -- with a cap of $3,500 -- and only after those candidates have been screened and trained by some of the 27 different agencies operating under the "Worknet Chicago" umbrella.

Fifty-seven candidates are now in a 12-week trial in jobs with benefits that pay at least $9 an hour. All have "significant barriers to employment" because they are ex-offenders, public-housing residents, homeless, residents of high-poverty areas, people with disabilities or non-English speakers.

Tancredo Calls for Hearings on Groups Aiding Illegal Aliens
Congressman says groups are violating federal law

( WASHINGTON, D.C. ) – Representative Tom Tancredo (R-Littleton) today sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), asking him to hold oversight hearings to examine the increasing problem of private groups working openly to help illegal aliens escape prosecution. According to recent news reports, many groups (such as the ‘ Alliance to Develop Power’) routinely advise illegal aliens on how best to thwart immigration enforcement efforts.

“Groups like this one are openly defying the law, and that is unacceptable” Tancredo said. “The administration is failing to enforce the law, and Congress needs to take action.”

Tancredo cited Title 8, U.S. Code, Section 1324, which makes it illegal for any person to “encourage or induce an alien to…reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such…residence is or will be in violation of law.” Violations of the law are punishable by fines and prison time.

“When they assumed control of Congress, the Democrat leadership told us this Congress would take oversight seriously,” concluded Tancredo. “I hope they are willing to keep that promise and put their money where their mouth is.”

MAYOR DALEY'S HDO ANOTHER GOES UNDER

Reverend Daniels is upset and rightfully so and he is letting Daley know. Its all over many illegals rising salaries and gifting of construction jobs proven to be one of the main factors of their success and not the crop picking and meat packing stories being told. He feels illegals are taking jobs from African American citizens and keeping African American citizens from stability in those trades and sub contracting jobs.

Then we have the highlighted story of, John Resa, 49, a city water department employee, was charged with one count of perjury as part of what prosecutors called a broad federal investigation of political patronage and hiring fraud. Resa was a supervisor in the southwest side branch of the Hispanic Democratic Organization, a group that campaigns for Daley and his allies and has placed many of its members in city jobs, prosecutors said. We know early in office Daley went for privation and numerous city contracts came out of this. This is one of the reasons, Daley is able to play no knowledge. Its all someone Else's fault and he continues to have no knowledge of any of the wrong doings. That's why its so easy for Daley to say, "Its all about the families, but he seems to only be speaking on behalf of the illegals. His baby was the creation of the HDO.

It seems no one seems to ask him, what his views are in regards to Fictitious and stolen ID's. At least this would be a start for ascertaining his real views.

Of course people don't want to see families separated but the hard hitting questions would be responsible ones. Those question would start with. Did you know sneaking across the border or over staying your visa was a violation, didn't you realize you were breaking the laws? Followed by, why else the need to claim your forced to live in the shadows? Then the very next question would have to come into play. As to why a responsible adult would then conceive children in the shadows, your suppose to be forced to hide in? We think we know the answer to that one, and its called Anchor babies and its now been turned into the bantering bargaining hardship about, "Daley's breaking up families woe" and its being flaunted about as the excuse by the illegal groups.

Since Rev. Sharpton who said, he did not come here to start trouble. One is curious why he is embroiled with the ANSWER organization, a group that has made this comment.

The Chicago Police Department is in reality an armed force organized and trained to repress poor communities, especially the African-American community. It is a criminal gang formed to protect the status quo of class rule and racism. The CPD is guilty of torture, murder, brutality, daily harassment and so much more.

August 10 rally speakers included family members of Aaron Harrison, Fred Hampton Jr., Rev Al Sharpton and Rev. Paul Jakes Jr.

On August 10 over 500 people attended a rally on Chicago’s west side. Rally was followed by a street take over and militant march to the North Lawndale Harrison District police department.

ANSWER Chicago along with many other anti-racist organizations and individuals participated in the August 10 Protest and March. ELVIRA ARELLANO ARRESTED CONNECTION TO CHICAGO AFRICAN AMERICAN MINISTER'S

Wonder how we missed this little tid-bit about the Chicago African American Minister's who not only set up a special club over the Meeks incident but also helped to keep Elvira Arellano spinning her demands from Rev. Colemans store front church. We don't recall this group even being named in the Chicago media, although the story is out of California it cites Chg. Trb. any one else recall our miss on this group? We find this to be all underhanded tactics and were now wondering, if this group helped propel radical Rev. Sharpton to also set up shop here in Chicago. Cut and pass another tainted slice of the Chicago political church pie connection, Chicago politics. Interesting, Arellano was cleaning planes at O'Hare Airport. Any one know who had this contract out of Chicago? Things that make you go, hmmmmmmmmmm.....

Nine influential African-American ministers, who are now part of a broad coalition called Clergy Speaks Interdenominational, said Arellano is contesting an immoral government policy as Parks did. They say even though Arellano broke the law, she should not face the prospect of being separated from her young son, who is a U.S. citizen.

Speaking from the pulpit at Adalberto United Methodist Church, where Arellano has lived as a fugitive since refusing to report for deportation last week, Rev. Albert Tyson said he hopes their support would increase the bonds between Latinos and African-Americans.

"Injustice is injustice. Period," said Tyson, president of the group and pastor at St. Stephen AME Church on the West Side. "We have so much more in common than we do that separates us."

The group was formed this year to lobby for issues of social justice, such as police brutality, after State Sen. James Meeks (D-Ill.) was pulled over in a traffic stop some considered racial profiling.

The group met Monday and voted to take up Arellano's cause, which was presented to them by Rev. Walter Coleman, pastor at Adalberto and a member of the organization.

Daley goes off on Firefighters and says he's not begging them to be Firefighters! Let them go get another job. Perfect example of the little value in the Daley administration for his own Safety Officers.

There you have it, Daley's true lack of support for his Firefighters which is now self evident, and its all over a simple contract disagreement but he displays another side to himself. The one we know so well and the one side few others rarely ever get to see. Daley apparently feels Firefighters value is of so little worth, that their simple and understandable contract requests caused him to ignite via media and lash unfairly out. Media cbs2chicago calls it contract talks and the Mayor testy. We call it deplorable, unacceptable and highly insulting.

Why our moral is bottomed out. Maybe plenty of his Safety workers will take him up on the insult. Were sure there are plenty of towns and states who would love to have all of our experience, value and appreciate our worth.
