POLICE STORY FOR 06 SEPTEMBER
Looks like Tony Villar, now known as the Mayor of Los Angeles, is no longer even attempting to hide his past radical era. Villaraigosa a name he chose to change, by simply combining his and his wife's last name. Considered an attack on a law enforcement officer, ICE Chief Hayes. Over what Tony, felt were insensitive and callous comments. This all over a true law breaker,Elvira Arellano.

His past radical student days are now once again catching up with him. This JUST HAPPENS TO BE, one of his latest radical moves, going back to about 21 Aug. 07, and it was over, not only truth but well known documented facts of evidence against, Arellano.

Arellano was a Fugitive, who ended up with a big break and one a heck of a favor. No jail sentence at all. She was sent back home by ICE to her. "Beautiful country, filled with opportunities". "As she has stated herself, in an interview she freely did immediately after arriving back home in, Mexico."

Even after holding a false Social Security card and working for an APPARENT Chicago connected, City Contractor, within the privatized city Janitorial Services. Our questions now are. How did she manage to hook up and go into an O'Hare Airport, High Security job in the first place? Were led to think. Elvira just happened to stumble upon a job at O'Hare, and managed all this on her own. Does anyone recall the words. A full fledged investigation has been initiated on, Chicago's Janitorial Minority Contractor's?

The problematic and serious issues, are still in question and still very much at large. The way too easy ability in her obtaining a bogus SS# in the first place. Regardless, of what we currently know about it being a rampant problem. THAT BEING SAID. IT'S ALL THE MORE REASONS. TO QUESTION THE CITY OF CHICAGO ABOUT THEIR MINORITY CONTRACTORS, it should not be dismissed. It's a major security and safety issue.

NEXT WOULD BE AND IS VERY IMPORTANT. The issue of her finger printing for O'Hare? Who activated her clearance for the high security clearance and again who referred her? Looks like the City still has some explaining to do, and we doubt this conduct has ceased. Moving people around, always seems to work for the cities connected. Or is this the part, where the city stands on. NO ASK, NO TELL, NO REPORTING? It also appears, numerous people have not forgotten and do recall, Elvira's official deportation orders. Only to see her duck and hide in a store, fronting as a church for the sheer luxury, of not paying taxes. While spewing, "We will bring the US economy down!"

Elvira chose her role when she obtained the fraudulent Social Security number. She furthered her action of deceit, by willingly working at O'Hare Airport with the fraudulent social security number. She also freely went about giving interviews regularly, while propping her son up to travel around the globe on her behalf. The same small son, whom she claimed, had a severe case of Attention Deficit Disorder but yet she is able to get radical Villar. Call her a devoted mother and threaten a Law Enforcement officer. Does the old Durkin plea for Elvira ring a bell?

Jim Hayes, the ICE chief in Los Angeles, continuously referred to the devoted mother of an 8 year son as, "A criminal fugitive alien from Mexico". This is extremely insensitive and can be construed as an insult to the local Mexican-American population. There is a possibility that the mayor's office may request US Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez to remove Jim Hayes from Los Angeles. We find your conduct, actions and words offensive Mayor Villaraigosa, here is your past. Your name may have changed but your continual actions of defending lawlessness still match your militant actions of the past. Your apparently still one and the same. Were guessing your making Castro's words from his 90 minute speech in the late 90's in Mexico, finally come true. As we recall California was on his hit list, along with Arizona and New Mexico.

The “National Committee to Free Los Tres,” it must be understood, was a Los Angeles group created by former MEChistas to defend three members of the militant Chicano organization Casa Carnalismo who were convicted of assaulting a federal narcotics officer posing as a drug dealer in East Los Angeles. Even more telling about this “community organization” that Villar favored is that by 1974, a Marxist-Leninist faction emerged within the NCFLT seeking to deemphasize the social-service aspect of the organization, and hoping to transform its parent group Casa Carnalismo into a "revolutionary vanguard" dedicated to the "liberation of the Mexican people."(5) In a direct and unmistakable way, Villar was advocating for nothing less than a Communist place at the table within UCLA’s Chicano Studies Center.

Wonder how we missed this little tid-bit about the Chicago African American Minister's who not only set up a special club over the Meeks incident but also helped to keep Elvira Arellano spinning her demands from Rev. Colemans store front church. We don't recall this group even being named in the Chicago media, although the story is out of California it cites Chg. Trb. any one else recall our miss on this group? We find this to be all underhanded tactics and were now wondering, if this group helped propel radical Rev. Sharpton to also set up shop here in Chicago. Cut and pass another tainted slice of the Chicago political church pie connection, Chicago politics. Interesting, Arellano was cleaning planes at O'Hare Airport. Any one know who had this contract out of Chicago? Things that make you go, hmmmmmmmmmm.....

Nine influential African-American ministers, who are now part of a broad coalition called Clergy Speaks Interdenominational, said Arellano is contesting an immoral government policy as Parks did. They say even though Arellano broke the law, she should not face the prospect of being separated from her young son, who is a U.S. citizen.

Speaking from the pulpit at Adalberto United Methodist Church, where Arellano has lived as a fugitive since refusing to report for deportation last week, Rev. Albert Tyson said he hopes their support would increase the bonds between Latinos and African-Americans.

"Injustice is injustice. Period," said Tyson, president of the group and pastor at St. Stephen AME Church on the West Side. "We have so much more in common than we do that separates us."

The group was formed this year to lobby for issues of social justice, such as police brutality, after State Sen. James Meeks (D-Ill.) was pulled over in a traffic stop some considered racial profiling.

The group met Monday and voted to take up Arellano's cause, which was presented to them by Rev. Walter Coleman, pastor at Adalberto and a member of the organization.

LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT 10,500 hand-held ASTRO radios ENDANGERMENT

Basics priorities ignored for Officer's safety in favor of expanding specialized units. Now does this not sound very familiar?
strong>Chicago Officer's chime in on this topic regularly. Very lopsided, expansions of various specialized units prior to officer's safety concerns and working equipment. This could be a Chicago's story, who also happens to have old radios still in circulation and unsafely in use but no one seems to listen or care.

Zine said the department's priorities need to be officer safety -- guns, vests, radios -- and too often the basics are ignored in favor of expanding specialized units.

"The current status of ASTRO radios and mechanisms for in-house repair with minimum parts available and no support from Motorola and cannibalizing existing radios for parts have become a significant challenge," Bratton said in his report.

The department has already begun to replace the LAPD car radios, but there is no money in the city budget for the hand-held radios.

According to Bratton's report, the department had to cannibalize more than 100 radios for parts last year.

At least 80 to 100 are repaired weekly.

During a recent ride-along in North Hollywood, Skobin said he had to lend his radio to a supervisor during a man-with-a-gun call because the sergeant's radio did not work.

"My radio issued at the station didn't work properly either. But it worked well enough to direct officers," Skobin said. "If a supervisor cannot coordinate officers in a man-with-a-gun call, that is not only endangering the officers but the public."

Skobin said he also knows of an officer in South L.A. whose radio failed during a foot pursuit.

When the Police Commission reviews officer shooting incidents weekly, Skobin said officers often say they made a call on the radio but others didn't hear it. He said there are so many that he suspects some are because of faulty radios.

Councilman Dennis Zine, a veteran LAPD officer now working as a reserve, said he experienced a radio failure while working with the fugitive warrant detail in South Los Angeles a few months ago.

"We were on a take-down of a suspect where it was vital to know where all the potential suspects are, when I went to activate the radio and it didn't activate," he said.

Later, Zine said, he learned that the battery connection was defective.

LOS ANGELES SHERIFF BACA BLOCKS UNION WEBSITE

Sheriff Lee Baca has blocked access from hundreds of department computers to the website of the union that represents his deputies and which has been critical of the sheriff's management.

The website blockade comes as the sheriff's relationship with the Assn. for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs has become increasingly tense. In recent weeks, union President Steve Remige has repeatedly assailed Baca's efforts to release heiress Paris Hilton from jail, a decision that was overturned by a judge. The union also released a survey that showed a vast majority of deputies are unhappy with the way Baca is managing the department.

Remige said Baca's decision to block access to the website was spiteful and petty and has hampered deputies' ability to get information about benefits, overtime and other issues. He said access was cut off a few months ago, and he's been unable to get Baca to lift the block.

Were oh boying, because Sheriff Lee Baca of LA, had the idea to create this OIR. The same Lee Baca, that has been in the news in regard to letting Paris Hilton out of jail. ALSO an alleged player in Hollywood politics. Word is Baca was given a 1,0000 donation for election by Paris's grand daddy William Barron Hilton. Then there was the Baca incident of blocking LA Police Union Web site.
NOW THERE IS A RECALL BACA PETITION, GIVEN GREEN LIGHT BY CITY CLERK OF LA AND THE ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE TODAY. Our heads now start to spin in an un-fathomable fast gyration.

OIR took their start up from the input of these groups, where attorney Ilana B.R. Rosenzweig worked as a Field Agent. Asian Pacific American Legal Ctr., NACCP, The American Civil Liberties Union and The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund. Bobb and Baca. Plaintiff's attorneys often travel with OIR, we now have to ask, how much input will OIR have in relation to Daley's recent Choice of Rosenzweig? Accountability is one thing and we can only hope for fair investigations for us as well. OIR claims they are but their filled with civil rights attorney's. We can only hope.
