Those amnesty demands are back on the table.

In absolute violation of federal law, literally thousands of town, city, county and even state governments actively provide “sanctuary” for illegal aliens when they illegally prohibit police officers from communicating with federal immigration authorities or even inquiring about the immigration status of individuals.

These “sanctuary” policies not only show contempt for federal law, they result in increased violent crime and huge costs to law-abiding taxpayers for shelter, education, health care and jail space for illegal immigrants.

SHAMNESTY DREAM ACT WAS FOR VOTER BUYING

After several false starts Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) continues to push the DREAM Act. What is the DREAM Act?
A nightmare.

The act would have allowed any illegal immigrant who entered the country before the age of 16 to receive conditional residency, which could then be converted to a non-conditional residency. These illegal immigrants can apply for this form of amnesty so long as they are under 30 and they weren’t older than 16 when they came to the country. And, of course, there is no way of proving when they illegally entered our country. After all, they are undocumented. Aliens would qualify even if they received and ignored a removal order if that order was received before they were 16.

Essentially, the DREAM Act puts some illegal aliens in a better position for residency than legal aliens who have played by the rules.

In addition to this stealth amnesty, the DREAM Act, would repeal a portion of the 1996 federal immigration law that prohibits any state from offering in-state college tuition rates to illegal aliens.

SENATE CALLS NEEDED START MONDAY 24 SEPT. SENATOR DURBIN SELLS OUT AMERICAN STUDENTS LOSE

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! IT'S HIGH TIME THIS SENATOR IS MOVED THE HELL OUT! On this note, we have this nightmare in our wake. Ahmadinejad is speaking by invitation, to Columbia College students. Before leaving Iran, "Ahmadinejad said the American people have been denied "correct information," and his visit will give them a chance to hear a different voice" Nice mix Durbin! The picture gives our sentiment on both Ahmadinejad and Durbin.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad his request to lay a wreath at ground zero was denied by city officials and condemned by politicians who said a visit to the site of the 2001 terror attacks would violate sacred ground.

Senator Durbin and others plan to try to attach amendments that provide Amnesty for illegal aliens and increased Visas for more immigration onto the National Defense Authorization Act--Agreement. The amendments are not germane to the bill and violate Senate rules and ethics that state amendments must be relevant to the bill.

ALIPAC calls on members of the Media, state lawmakers, and citizen activists to warn the public and to bombard the Senate with calls, e-mails, faxes, and letters to demand that they abandon these sneaky amnesty attempts, which are designed to override the will of a majority of Americans and the efforts of states and cities to crack down on illegal immigration.

Durbin's Dream Act Amendment, which would provide Amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, give them taxpayer subsidized in-state college tuition rates and place them ahead of American students.

"This is the Bad Dream Amnesty Act," says William Gheen of ALIPAC. "This legislation would replace American students in the limited seats in college at taxpayer expense!
