CHICAGO POLICE CUSTOMER SERVICE? "WE WANT A REFUND"

Preview the new and improved Chicago Police Department. Some quotes you may have missed but will have the average Cop rolling with laughter and the word average is a huge compliment in these not so laudable vision times.

By far the best quote goes to Commander Riccio.
