CHICAGO POLICE SCREWDRIVER ASSAULT ALLEGATION UPDATE

Jury trial continues for two Chicago police officers accused of assaulting a man with a screwdriver.

Defense attorneys asked whether the contamination could have come from accidental contact, like dirty hands.

Bommarito said he tested that theory, and doesn’t believe so.

Tests had indicated the presence of feces in the glove compartment.
We know this type of testing theory is not fool proof but the testimony does not help the officers in their battle if their innocent. On the flip side no identifiable fingerprints and the D-N-A testing was inconclusive. Were not familiar with these two Officer's. We have heard rumours, their innocent of the allegation.
