One child was found lethargic after father finds Richard Marks 49 yrs. old hiding behind a dresser in his children's bedroom. Marks had rags soaked in a chemical and attempted to get away by running but was tackled by the father outside. The six year old girl thought she saw him in her yard two days earlier but when she called for her dad the man disappeared. The children's mother is concerned he may have been in the house before, as he went straight to the kids bedroom and their dog never barked . Apparently Marks entered in through an unlocked patio door and also resides close to the incident.
Found in the offender's home by police were. Binoculars, rubber gloves, porno and information on various drugs including the date rape drug.
