CHICAGO POLICE RECORDS NOW ON CHOPPING BLOCK

EVEN IF THE ALLEGATIONS WERE FALSE
THE PUBLIC HAS TO SORT,
FACT FROM FICTION
1:04-cv-02617 Filed July 7, 2007

On Judge Lefkow matter: Seems the city didn't argue strong enough nor were they able to provide a statute to protect the records which by the way, have been denied in prior court proceedings..

Bizarre case with a woman Known as Bond alleging several Police Officers committed numerous acts under the sun. The case reads on the border of deranged. It also goes into blanketed allegations of wide spread abuse. Public housing saga. Seems the public is suppose to be able to now determine false charges (allegations) from the truth? Court figures the mass public is sophisticated enough to figure it all out. Don't hold your breath.
Ms. Bond worked in concert with Kalven. Now once again coming behind her is the so referred self-described writer and Journalist Jamie Kalven who moved to open the histories under FOIA on March 10th 2007, of all Officer's complaints between 2001-2006.

SEEKING ACCESS FOR:

1. All Chicago Police Officer's who had more than 10 official complaints lodged against them from 2001-06.
