CHICAGO POLICE OFFICER OFF DUTY- SONS WAKE DOUBLE STANDARD

Please take the time to read the story about a recent wake of a Police Officers son and the misdemeanor battery charge placed against a gang-banger after he punches the Officer in the face. Media's take, simple battery because the Officer was off-duty, that's right off duty and attending the wake. Sure sounds like the Officer took police action. We call it double standards.

The media hypes when off-duty officers place their hands on others
(held to a higher standard clause) but when Gang Banging garbage
flips out on an Off-Duty Officer at a wake for an Officers son its of little concern.
