After eluding police once, a man who is accused of stealing day spa services in McHenry County has been arrested, following a foot chase at a train depot in Lake Bluff.Marshall G. Wolbers, 56, of Lake Bluff, was charged with multiple counts of theft of services by the Algonquin and Lake in Hills police for walking out on the bill for expensive spa treatments in McHenry County, according to Algonquin police. He may have stolen nearly $1,000 in body waxings, massages, hair cuts, facials, manicures and pedicures.Wolbers was captured Saturday in Lake Bluff.
