TROUTMAN GUN REGISTERED TO A PRIVATE DETECTIVE (WHY?)

Aldermen can own and carry a gun in Chicago but their no different than the next person especially here in Daley land of complete and utter gun control. Which means, Alderwoman Troutman laying a claim to the gun found during the raid as being hers would have the weapon registered to her. Or is the ploy different strokes for different folks?

Heck, we don't even know if Alderman are required to qualify themselves on a range for liability and safety factors annually to own A GUN. Looking on that issue and on a flip. We also don't know what their health benefits and other benefits are as tax paying citizens. We would gather its typical non-transparent Chicago government like the gun and a hush top secret. Just look at what her campaigning manager known also as her attorney had to say.

Aldermen are an exception to Chicago's ban on handguns, and Adam said he believes Troutman's gun was lawfully owned and kept. Adam said Troutman needed protection in the economically depressed area where she lives and serves. Her home has been broken into in the past, and the gun was registered to a private detective who left it for her, Adam said.

(Yeah, and we say Bull!) Did she still have Chicago Police protection going for her as well?
Our version seen through the news veil is, the gun is not owned by her. DOES TROUTMAN EVEN HAVE AN FOID CARD which is required? We might imagine this is unlikely since the gun was registered to another being an unknown private Detective, who also failed like her to transfer the weapon properly if he gifted it.

The FBI entered Troutman's home Monday and said they found several questionable items, which include three loaded guns by her nightstand, drugs/drug paraphernalia, and a bag of shredded documents.
When they searched her office, they allegedly seized a white powdery substance, a Christmas card from a police commissioner with a $100 bill in it, 11 computers, drug paraphernalia and personal correspondence, NBC 5's Mary Ann Ahern reported.
Troutman is accused of taking bribes. WHAT IS A POLICE COMMISSIONER? WE DON'T HAVE ANY CHICAGO POLICE COMMISSIONERS?
More Troutman spin thumps than a washer in spin cycle.
