City Disputes Failing Disaster Communication Grade
Official Release Of Department Of Homeland Security Report Coming Wednesday

(CBS) CHICAGO An official report from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is being released on Wednesday, giving Chicago a failing grade when it comes to communicating in a disaster.As CBS 2's Mai Martinez reports, over the past year the city has staged exercises with hundreds of volunteers to simulate a disaster. Now, the city Office of Emergency Management and Communications disputes the study, saying it is not appropriate to compare urban areas to rural ones."We strongly disagree with the results of this study
