CPD KICKED OUT OF POLICE ACADEMY AND ARREST WARRANT ALL IN THE SAME DAY

So after his going away party on the 22nd of Nov. to head to CPD his new upcoming job he is stealing from ATM machines. This occurs shortly after leaving his former job of servicing ATM's with a promise of turning his uniform in on the 24th of November and Chicago had no idea upon his entrance to the Academy that Bradley was seen in his old Bantek uniform on surveillance video, taking $21,980 from the Hyatt automated teller machine about 5:30 p.m., the complaint alleges. What gives with the bank investigation the video and time span of 2 mths while he is in the Police Academy? Boy the stories we don't catch in our local media.

A former Chicago Police Department recruit has been charged with stealing almost $22,000 from an ATM at the Hyatt Regency downtown in November.

Adam T. Bradley, 31, of Chicago enrolled in the Chicago department's training academy Nov. 27 and was arrested at his home Tuesday. He faces an extradition hearing in Illinois today that, if waived, could send Bradley to Milwaukee before the end of the week, Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney Bruce Landgraf said.
Bradley was kicked out of the police academy Jan. 12, a Chicago Police Department spokesman said Tuesday. That was the same day an arrest warrant was issued for Bradley in Milwaukee, court records show.

He is charged with theft of more than $10,000 from the ATM and the theft of entity-identifying information for wearing the uniform after he left the company, according to the complaint. Both charges are felonies.
The complaint also says Bantek officials found about $48,000 was missing from other ATMs that same day. One was in Brookfield, and the other two were in Deerfield, Ill., and Waukegan, Ill.
Landgraf and a Chicago police spokesman both said they had not heard of any criminal investigations pending against Bradley in connection with those incidents.
