DREAM ACT FAILS DURBIN PUSHED

Dream Act Fails
Yes it failed but look at all the nit wits who willingly supported the bill.

Supported by majority 52-44, but failed to reach the necessarily 60 votes. Here's how they voted...

Question: On the Cloture Motion
(Motion to Invoke Cloture on the Motion to Proceed
to Consider S. 2205 )

Vote Number: 394 Vote Date: October 24, 2007, 12:27 PM
Required For Majority: 3/5 Vote Result: Cloture Motion Rejected
Measure Number: S. 2205

Measure Title: A bill to authorize the cancellation of removal and adjustment of status of certain alien students who are long-term United States residents and who entered the United States as children, and for other purposes. In other words the ability for illegal aliens to receive in state tuition discounts, discounts your citizen children are not even entitled to. We need a big over hauling and out the door party for these politicians. Many are simply not getting the message. Were tired of this type of continual give away nonsense, being shoved down our throats at our expense, as we struggle to keep financially and economically afloat.

Remember McCain recently said he got the message and the immigration bill hurt his campaign, so where are the votes from these individuals who tried to shove Amensty down our throats? Their now ducking but not low enough.
