We were aware of the story and were still shaking our heads.

The bartender whose beating was caught on tape is talking about what happened that night. Fox News Chicago has also learned that a second person could be charged in the case. Story alleges someone came into the bar after the incident and attempted to bribe the bartender to drop the charges.

The officer in this story is not what we consider a good representative of a police officer. Yes, it is unfortunate especially for the bartender who took the beating and it appears prior to coming on the job in the early 90's this officer caught on the tape in a drunken rage over sheer nonsense and a lack of self control was also involved in a prior DUI. Ya think?
