Comcast Cable Company has struck another all time low by taking advantage of a concussion victim by refusing to return
$8,300.00 dollars in an inadvertent over payment of a small bill of $83.00.
That figure is correct $8,300.00 dollars for an $ 83.00 montly payment, which comcast has stated "is not in their policy to return" and completely blew the issue off? Comcast is continuing to hold the funds and refusing to return the money. Even after the plea of the hardship it has and is costing the ill and injured victim in furtherance. By the way the victim has an inability to work due to the severe injury after a very recent accident which caused the concussion.
Comcast actions which amounts in our opinion to theft of funds for services they did not provide. Comes with an even a bigger bang of complete indifference and total disregard for the condition of the victims physical, mental and financial well being. Were wondering how many other victims Comcast has and is sinking their teeth into?
Were also wondering just how much lower Comcast can really continue to sink in their total disregard of their customers. This wrongful action comes shortly after the horrific crimes of one of their sub-contract installers, now in prison for raping and murdering two lone women during service calls on behalf of Comcast then discarding their bodies in bathtubs.
We say its high time to reel Comcast in for yet another gross injustice! How is Comcast able to withhold and lay claim to such a large sum of money that's not rightfully due them and then fluff it off with complete cold greedy indifference, sorry we just don't get it!
